I am coaching a team and would love to use all of your videos to show the Barcelona way. The videos like Salir Jugano-Victor Valdez, the video you made that talks about Pep Guardiola's system of Play, the 6 second rule video, all those older videos that were on your older youtube accounts. If there is any way for me to still get those videos it would be greatly appreciated! That golden era Barca had, he's hustled his heart out for the Club, Alexis played well after Messi's return but was sitted more times than should have. Pedro had declined parts of his game and Neymar still has a good way to go... What to make of the defence weaknesses? Because that is where the problems were more evident, with and without Messi's imposing magic around... Barca still leads in goal average in the Liga... and Leo is a big part of that. What about Xavi having irregular days (all understandably).... Defence has been a major part of the problem since before Guardiola fled... Barcelona were more direct in early halves of the season( when messi was out) and they rarely tried controlling the game. we tried controlling games (Big games) n the second half so that messi will have time to show his magic. We can't be direct anymore because messi mostly sleepwalks on the pitch every time he has played this season. " the problem is that barca build attacks with 10 men and defends with 10 men. our defense has been blown mostly in first 10 minutes or last 10. defence is so turbulent in first 10 minutes that it seems like they're on some panic mode. also you don't expect xavi to suddenly go haywire and start tackling players like busi or mascherano. cruyff explains an idea that " you can win the league by scoring 50 goals and conceding only 20 or scoring 80 and conceding 40. Every team has their strengths and weaknesses( not the barcelona of 2010-11) and our strength is attacking and not letting opponents settle on the ball. also one more things which matters in game of football or any sports is the players "motivation". games like valencia home should never have slipped. In football every step back counts and injury woes to valdes and pique certainly didn't help. we were alive in all three competitions and deservedly so but these two injuries which for fuck sake had to come all togather made barca suffervikashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08862583570786982061noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1573365563721957782.post-9419297332939828782014-04-17T00:52:28.808+03:002014-04-17T00:52:28.808+03:00I've been pretty harsh on Neymar, everyone kno...I've been pretty harsh on Neymar, everyone knows that already. It didn't work because they didn't create any danger with it. It went to side and then started positional play again, didn't play behind defense and cause any trouble. Thought he had a powerful personality when he brought new style to the team, but he easily surrendered to the media/fans/players and played in the old way that don't win you games all the time.

Now he seems desperate and not caring about the job because he is certain that he will leave by the end of the season. That is hurting the team big time. They are playing without that winning mentality/spirit that a fighting coach can give you.

This board fucked the best team of all time with their tactics and financial way of running things. Hope they resign this summer as I'm sure no referendum will take them out because for some reason 'culés' members have complete faith in them.

Let's hope the players can fight and win the copa, and do their best in la liga even if they don't win it.
